This episode is simple! Do you have goals? Do you write them down? Do you go back and read them? Have you ever stopped for just one moment and listened to the way that you speak to yourself? What about your attitude when you walk into the office? Do you think that your patients can sense when you are not mentally there and ready to take care of them? I for one can say that my quality of adjustment diminishes exponentially when I am not focused and present.

Start talking to yourself and everyone around you in a move positive tone and watch what happens to your practice, to you relationships - HECK - to your life.
