Get ready for the ride of your life as Dr. James Sigafoose explains how the invisible or what you can not see, can come into existence. When I say you will have to listen to this several times, I am not kidding! There was a time in my life where I thought, "This is it, this is just what I am going to have to live with," but when I just took the effort to focus on what I wanted, everything began to change. I guess you could say, "The Invisible became, VISIBLE!
SYMPTOMS! They are our best friends and our worst nightmares. There was so much in this episode, but what really HIT me was, that if we focus on our patients symptoms and we let them focus on their symptoms, then we are allowing that symptom to proliferate. Have a listen and most of all COMMENT and let us know what you think.
This episode is simple! Do you have goals? Do you write them down? Do you go back and read them? When you have not reached your goals, do you readjust them in order to continue on the road to reaching them? If not, then have a listen to what Dr. Sigafoose has to say about them. There - SEE - simple.
Have you ever stopped for just one moment and listened to the way that you speak to yourself? What about your attitude when you walk into the office? Do you think that your patients can sense when you are not mentally there and ready to take care of them? I for one can say that my quality of adjustment diminishes exponentially when I am not focused and present.
Start talking to yourself and everyone around you in a move positive tone and watch what happens to your practice, to you relationships - HECK - to your life.
God is Innate, but do you have to understand both in order to understand one, or to be able to explain Innate to your patients in a way that does not make you sound like a preacher? I guess this episode will have people on both sides, I myself think Innate is in all things, but I also claim Nature as my higher power. What is your opinion on this episode, and don't be shy!
How much more do you do in your office then just the chiropractic adjustment? How are you explaining the SUBLUXATION to your patient? Do you explain the outside in method, as in outside stressors cause the subluxation causing dis-ease or do you explain the subluxation is what is allowing the body to have a lowered resistance to outside influences, such as viral and bacterial infection?
No matter what you are doing, are you doing to much to your patient and could they respond better to care if you do less? For the first time I think I am finally understanding what my father is saying, but I could use your help in understanding it more. So leave a comment and let me know what you got out of this episode.
Thanks,
Dr. Carey
How many times do I need to say this, "The whole damn thing is mental!" If you can get it into your head that if you want it you can have it. You can not have EVERYTHING, but if you can think it, it is yours.
What are you dragging around with you that is holding you back? Are you letting past failures in business, relationships or LIFE keep you from being where you always wanted to be? Dr. Sigafoose talks about what you need to do to SUCCEED! It is not just about a plan, it is about listening to the voice inside you head that says, "Just Do It!" Take a few moments and figure our what corpses you are dragging around with you that are holding you back.
Sometimes our biggest barrier to success is the space in-between our ears. Dr. Sigafoose, covers barriers, from location to YOU! Not my usual high energy episode, but it is by far one of the biggest things that holds most chiropractors back. So what is your biggest barrier to practice and personal success?
Thought has power! Sometimes what we think, say and do, can not only change the outcome of a certain situation, it can improve the actual outcome as well. Dr. Sigafoose in this episode covers the concept of thought in a way that will change your life, as well as the life of your patients and anyone you come in contact with.
What is the cure to a failing practice? What is the cure to a negative mind and a life filled with failure. How can you bring yourself to a point where you can turn what is destroying your office around and make it build your practice? Listen to what Dr. James Sigafoose has to say and then put it into practice.
Say, "Who, What, Where, When, How, Why," and you will get exactly what it is that you ask for. Whether it is good or bad! It is just has easy to talk yourself to success as it is to talk yourself to failure. So, what do you want for yourself?
How many of you take the time to sit in the morning and listen? Listen to your thoughts and to let whatever the subconscious is trying to tell you to, come through? This is what we are hearing Dr. James Sigafoose tell us this week. In short, shut up and listen to yourself, you are trying to tell you something.
Every day of our life we get to change our story. We do not have to be what others think of us and our story does not have to end in any certain way. Sigafoose Systems, Sigafoose Weekly, SigTalks and Sigafoose.com is all about shifting your Thinking. Choose to be your own author and write your life the way you have always seen it in your minds eye.
Where are you with your goals? Is your practice or your relationship or your body, for that matter, where you want it to be? If not, than are you visualizing your goals, I mean really seeing them? Do you see the new patients walking in the door and listening to what you have to say to them, do you see what they look like, smell the perfume that they are wearing, do you see them excepting care and even paying you for your services? If not, than maybe you are cutting yourself short. Take a listen to this clip from Dr. James Sigafoose and follow what he is saying and in a month or two of doing what he says, let me know how things are changing.
There's somthing in this week the I am feeling EVERYTHING else hinges on. OWNING the PRINCIPLE of CHIROPRACTIC. and defining that principle clearly.
Never before has an episode hit me so hard. One of the biggest points of contention between my father and I was Integrity. He said I had NONE, when it came to practice and well to many other areas of my life. The reason this episode hit me so hard, is because my father was RIGHT and now that I am more inline with my life and in practice, he is not hear to see it. Tell me what you get from this episode.
A cause comes from the part of life we don't see and the "condition" is what the "cause" brings us to. Think of it as, "What ever you believe, is what comes to you." Because what you believe can either build your practice or tear it down. Even saying you are tired all the time can make you more tired. Get it?
Talking about philosophy to other chiropractors is GREAT, but talking about chiropractic philosophy to your CA's and well to anyone else that will listen, will not only further your knowledge of chiropractic, but it will explode your practice. So what are you waiting for?
It's not what it sounds like, so shut up, sit down and open up your ears and your mind. If I can do this and grow a cash practice in Ocean City Maryland to 100+ visits a week, because I am listening to my father, than so can you.
Love is the key factor in how you succeed in practice and in life. If you get nothing from this episode, listen to Dr. Sig's voice when he talks about his clients and his Gathering program. It is the love of what he does and how he expresses it that I want you to see. It is not how we treat our favorite patient, but how we treat the ones that test our compassion and patiences that allows us to grow as chiropractors and as people.
How important is your patient to you? Do you educate them so they know what you are doing, or do you just give them the basics to cover what is required by law? Did you ever stop to think that by teaching your patient exactly what it is that chiropractic does, that you would be loving them more and teaching them to love themselves more? That is something to think about now isn't it?
I can't afford that, I don't have the time, our office is to small, our practice seems to be failing. Does any of this sound familiar? If it does, than sit back and listen and learn how to stop wishing yourself into failure.
Are you any good at telling stories? How are you at explaining the 33 principles? On this episode Dr. James Sigafoose teaches you how to turn the principles into a story that you can use to teach chiropractic to your patients and in turn grow your practice using nothing more than chiropractic philosophy!!!
